During your Healing Session we will assess you as a whole while checking in mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety and promotes energetic healing. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I use my hands to channel energy to your body, whether in person or at a distance, these energy sessions are powerful and transformative. This healing modality uses the flow of energy in the body to bring energetic balance and alignment. We will also work together to ALIGN you to your higher self so you will have the ability and clarity you need to move easily and effortlessly on your journey.
